Splitting Service
For almost all items it is possible to request a reduction of thickness down to 0,8mm (2 oz.), this service is free and included in the price, just request it in the order notes. It is not possible to request the splitting service for leftovers, scraps and strips of leather. Split items are considered customized and are therefore not eligible for returns.

leather is gorgeous but arrived wrinkled to heck!!! they put it on a smaller roll to match the rest of my order. lesson learned :(

Hello Mareike, thank you for the order, when this happen (wrinkles at the edges), you should be able to restore the leather by ironing it with a protective cloth both on flesh and grain side, the leather should return at its normality. Let us know in case of issue by contacting us. Thank you

Hi, thanks for the feedback, but as we explained to you via email, the items in stock may vary over time. If you request samples and then place an order 1-2 months later, there may be a risk of not finding the same color shades as received on the sample. Anyway we always update the color images, so you should be able to check and find that the color tone is slightly different. For any other doubts do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you
